Mold Design
I worked with my clients to help create a new product for their company. With the initial idea of using a lime theme for this project, we went through a few unique iterations to decide on the design that best fit their brand. After deciding on lime halves, we then stepped into the mold production phase. In the image to the left you can see the finished lime design as well as a cross section of the three piece mold. Once the mold was finalized, it was 3D printed and sent off for testing. With a few modifications, the mold was ready for production, at which point it was converted to a metal mold to mass produce the product.

Custom Furniture
After speaking with the customer and identifying characteristics they need for their custom podium, we went to the drawing board. The design was created first with aesthetics in mind, then once approved we went back through to finalize it for manufacturing. Once the design was complete, the technical drawings were sent off to the CNC shop to cut and assemble our finished product.
Engine DEsign
The client was looking for a model and photorealistic rendering for an experimental engine. It was made with precise detail, it functions as a working model. Each of the parts are assemble to move exactly as they would; from the crankshaft, to the pistons, up to the engine valves, it all moves in unison. The image displays the photorealistic rendering, with applied textures to each part.

C-Stand Cart
Using only pictures and a general idea of dimensions, this C-Stand was recreated for manufacturing for a movie set. All parts were either sourced or had technical drawings produced for manufacturing. A feature worth highlighting is the mechanical lever used to stop the back tires from rolling.
